Alexandria Dilks Pandola
Alexandria Dilks Pandola brings over 20 years of nonprofit and performing arts experience to EDLA!. Prior to joining EDLA!, Alexandria served as Executive Director of the Debbie Allen Dance Academy where she produced Debbie Allen’s Hot Chocolate Nutcracker at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion and Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center.
Alexandria has worked extensively in fundraising for Los Angeles-based music education organizations including GRAMMY Foundation & MusiCares, Los Angeles Youth Orchestra and Symphonic Jazz Orchestra. As a producer and advocate for women in the arts, Alexandria founded Green Light Productions where she developed and produced numerous festivals focused on new plays and performances created by women.
Alexandria received her BA in Theatre from American University and her MFA in Theatre Management and Producing from Columbia University.
